Returns and Refunds New equipment and attachments If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the condition they arrived, and complete with any manuals, keys and hardware. Call 918-476-0581 or email info@chuppindustrial.com before returning anything so we can arrange it. Returns sent back without arranging them first cannot be accepted, because freight on this equipment has to be booked and scheduled. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once the item is back and inspected, less return freight and a 15% restocking fee. Used equipment Used machines are sold as-is. Their condition is described and photographed on the product page before purchase, and we are glad to answer any question or send more photos before you buy. Used equipment is not returnable. If it arrives damaged Freight damage is on us, not you. Note the damage on the delivery paperwork if you can, photograph it, and call us the same day. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it, whichever makes it right, and we cover the freight. If it arrives wrong If we shipped the wrong item, we pay the freight both ways and there is no restocking fee. Cancelling before it ships Cancel any time before the item leaves our yard and you get a full refund. Once it is on a truck it falls under the returns terms above. Financed purchases A refund on a financed purchase is credited back to the finance account it was charged to.
